The story of Pullins Septic & Ground Works starts where most contractors' stories end: at a failed septic system.
When the system at our owner's own property failed, the process that followed — the evaluation, the design, the submission to the Health Department, the installation — turned out to be more than just a repair project. It became the foundation of a business.
Understanding the process from the inside, as a property owner who had to navigate it, shaped how we approach every job. We know what it feels like to have a failed system and not know what comes next. That's why we communicate clearly, work efficiently, and explain what we find when we show up.
About Pullins Septic & Ground Works LLC
We are a licensed, independent septic and groundworks contractor based in Xenia, Ohio. We've been operating in the greater Dayton area for close to five years, serving homeowners, property owners, and developers who need reliable septic installations, repairs, concrete work, and site grading.
Our business is built around a straightforward promise: the work gets done correctly, on time, and in compliance with Health Department standards — every time.
Our Credentials
We hold the licenses and certifications that Ohio requires to do this work the right way:
- Licensed Septic InstallerAuthorized to install all systems approved by the local Health Department
- EPA Universal Refrigerant License
- Commercial Driver's License (CDL)Required for operating the heavy equipment that gets the job done
- Health Department CoordinationEvery installation is submitted, inspected, and approved
- 1-Year BondFiled with the Health Department after final inspection on every project
How We Work
We operate as an independent contractor. That means no layers of management, no bloated overhead, and no unnecessary markups. What it does mean is direct communication, competitive pricing, and accountability that goes to the person doing the work.
When we're on your property, we know we're in someone's yard, not just a job site. We use heavy equipment carefully, and before we leave, we do our best to grade and restore the areas we've worked in.
We're available 7 days a week and return calls promptly. We'll tell you when we can start and give you a realistic timeframe for completion.
What We Don't Do
We believe in being upfront. Pullins Septic & Ground Works does not perform:
- Soil testing or perc testing
- System design or engineering
- System approval or Health Department submissions
- Septic pumping
