Full Septic System
Installation —
Licensed, Inspected,
and Approved.
When you need a new septic system installed, you need it done right the first time. Pullins Septic & Ground Works manages the entire installation process — from the moment you're ready to hire a contractor through the final Health Department inspection and bond filing.
Who Needs a New Septic Installation?
- Your current system has failed and cannot be repaired
- You're building on a new lot or rural property
- Your property is being developed or subdivided
- You're replacing an aging system before it fails
Property Care Is Part of the Job
Septic installation requires heavy equipment on your property — there's no way around that. What we can control is how we handle your land before we leave. We grade the affected areas and do our best to restore your yard before packing up. We treat your property with the same care we'd want shown on our own.
How the Installation Process Works
Here's what the journey looks like from your perspective as a property owner:
Soil Evaluation
Before any installation can happen, a licensed professional evaluates different areas of your property to assess the soil. This determines what type of system will work on your land.
Pullins Septic does not perform soil testing or evaluations. You'll work with a licensed soil evaluator or engineer for this step. We're happy to explain what you'll need.
System Design
Based on the soil evaluation, a design is created for your specific property.
Health Department Submission & Approval
The design is submitted to your local Health Department. They review and must approve it before any installation work begins.
You Hire Your Contractor — That's Where We Come In
Once you have Health Department approval in hand, you hire Pullins Septic & Ground Works to do the installation. We source all materials, bring in the necessary equipment, and coordinate with the Health Department for required inspections throughout the process.
Final Inspection & Bond
The Health Department performs a final inspection. Once approved, your system is confirmed operational and your 1-year bond goes on file.
What We're Licensed to Install
We hold a state septic installer license and are authorized to install all systems approved by the local Health Department. That includes conventional gravity systems, pressure distribution systems, and other designs as required by your soil evaluation and Health Department approval.
